I’ve lived here about 3 years. Not much to say positive about previous management. Recently changeover to new management-Dylan Leland Community Manager. I had an issue with a blocked toilet on a weekend early on in the changeover. I was impressed with the alacrity shown to resolve this issue quickly. Dylan followed up by phone twice, first to assure me the maintainance guy Dale was on his way and would be here shortly. He then called again after to ensure I was pleased with the result. I m writing to commend and laud Dale the maintainance guy who has been here for (a year?) I’m not sure when he was hired, but every encounter has been very professional and positive. He comes prepared with tools needed and handles embarrassing repairs such a a blocked toilet with sensitivity and fast results. He is also very hygienic and cleans all spills—such as a radiator repair which resulted in some water on the floor. I just transferred from another building that Urban Development Partners manages and just loved the building complex, it has a little bit of everything and is so close to Downtown and PSU. The management team was supportive and kind and made this whole process super easy to do. Thanks!
