Ordered A DAZZLING DOZEN BI-COLORED ROSES The reference photo, It was supposed to include Ginger Vase, Curly Willow Tips (Twisted Inside Vase), Foliage: Baby Blue Eucalyptus, Salal, Pink Bicolored Roses, Misty Blue Limonium. Out of all that the only things included was the Vase (A different once but hey) And the Roses. 2 Items were substituted in Leatherleaf Fern and Baby Breath that was it. The arrangement was not what we expected. It was very skimpy compared to the photo we picked from. They could’ve added more greenery to it or something to make it more full… the service was also not very welcoming/friendly when we came by to place the order. It just didn’t feel like we got what we paid for.
If I ever need flowers again this floral shop will be my go to everyday unless they are unavailable. I am very pleased with my purchase and the staff were amazing. Definitely worth every penny I’ve spent so far.
