I would like to RAVE about Park Avenue Animal Hospital and Dr. Rick. They truly know how to make fur mommies and fur babies at home. The staff are always so pleasant and caring to my animals. They keep you informed and make you feel like they actually care and love your pets. We have been going to them for over a year now. They do little things that mean a lot such as taking your pet's picture, greeting your pet by name, and calling to check up on your pet after being seen. Brought my 16 year old best friend in for an emergency visit. The staff was amazing. The staff at this hospital went above and beyond to help us through this difficult time. My dog...my best friend was treated with love and respect. Thank you all for the compassion you showed my family. I highly recommend this hospital and will switch all of my pets needs here.

I have a 12 year old basset, Frank, and a 5 year old beagle/basset mix-Henry. They've both been seen many times by both Dr. John and Dr. Rick. I can't say enough about these doctors. They are very informative, very gentle, and have always been very patient with me, as I ask 100 questions and get emotional a lot! I also must recognize the girls up front. I had to bring in my Oso because he had a tumor that needed to be removed. I was overjoyed at the price for surgery because I thought it would have been thousands ant not just hundreds! The surgery went GREAT and now my baby boy is back to normal. I even got a phone call from the DR the day after to see how he was doing and she is also going to call me back once the results of the tumor are in. Great hospital and I will not take my pets anywhere else from now on.
We have been customers of Dr Rick and Park Avenue for the entire time they have been opened. Recently our 14 year old dachshund came down with a bug. I didn't think he would be coming home, but after 48 hours of TLC (and meds!) from Park Avenue he is home and back to normal. I've only recently had the pleasure of working with Dr John and Dr Debbie. They were both great to work with on the health of our animals. We drive from Deltona, and will keep doing it to have Park Avenue take care of our animal family!
