Doctor Gotay seemed great at first although the wait in the clinic I very long wait for no reason. The Doctor however never sends your medication to the pharmacy and every time you call to have them sent the receptionist give you a hard time and make you book an appointment every time even though it’s the doctors fault. I’ve seen the doctor once as have 4x tele visits since 4/4/24 and I’ve been requesting refills… still haven’t received them it’s now 5/28/24. This clinic deserves 0 stars. The 1 star is the non clinical staff who are friendly but get nothing accomplished. At least they are very nice. My experience here has been awful. During my first visit here I waited nearly 2 hours after my appointment time to be screened by the nurse and seen by the doctor. No one informed me that the provider would be running late as it just seems like this is normal practice here. I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half. I love the service and how wonderful the staff is. I recommend this place for anyone.
