After visiting 2 other dealerships, I went to Park Ave BMW. The difference in attitude and professionalism was immediately evident. I saw the exact BMW that I wanted online and made an appointment to go there. Sabit introduced himself and proceeded to take us directly to the car. We went for a test drive. Worst customer service, no attention I came to see the M8 comp, and he tried to tell me to see the 840i it’s the same and I asked him about the 4 doors and he was careless about what I’m interested!! This is by far the worst and most infuriating dealership we’ve ever dealt with. Took our BMW X3 in for a simple service — reset button fix and tire replacement. and it came back with a deep, obvious scratch on the steering wheel. This was absolutely not there before. The dealership immediately denied responsibility and tried to gaslight us by claiming it was pre-existing. This is beyond unprofessional — it’s dishonest and shady.
