Park Ave BMW has proudly served Rochelle Park since 1978. From our new and beautiful BMW inventory, to our expert auto repair center, we are here to service all your automotive needs. Our unique history began in Rutherford, where we enjoy almost four years of business there. Unfortunately, an explosion and fire completely destroyed the building. Thankfully, no one was hurt. We operated in a trailer for a few months until we moved to Maywood, then finally to our new location right in Rochelle Park!

Such a pleasant experience working with Jenssy Dias! I requested a test drive of a gorgeous blue ‘22 X5. The car was ready when promised and he was able to answer all of my questions, which was a relief coming from 2 hours away in CT to look at and ultimately purchase this X5. If there are two things I value in making a purchase of any size it’s ease and efficiency and this was it. Working with Jennsy to buy my CPO X5 was a breeze and extremely pleasant (unlike other car buying experiences I’ve had). The Park Ave team has made a lifelong customer out of me.
3/18 Finally received my permanent license plates. Would give Park Ave a split rating of 5 stars for the sales portion and 1 for post care. They had the exact car the a great price and my sales rep went far above and beyond to get the deal done. Getting my plates took over 3 months :(. 3/6 Coming up on three months after purchase and still no license plate - still a 1 star rating. 2/20 Update - Still no license plates to legally drive my new car after 2.5 months from buying from Park Ave BMW. Giving 1 star because our client advisor, Sabrina, was so patient during our visit and test drive. However, the pre owned sales manager, Andy DeSalvo, could certainly use a refresher on customer service and how negotiations work. Instead of speaking demeaningly to serious customers and walking out with a “get out of my office” attitude in the middle of a civilized negotiation with no warning, maybe learn to control your ego and anger so you don’t lose customers and impact your sales advisor’s chances of making their due comm... read more
