Warning: Steer clear of Park Ave BMW. Wayne Carenza had colleagues pressure me to stop public complaints. Service claimed brakes were a “bedding problem” but actually removed brake pads without my knowledge and didn’t replace them. This led to brake failure and my car crashing into my apartment’s brick wall. Their negligence and silencing tactics are dangerous. Avoid at all costs
MUST READ! So to make a long story short I had bought a CPO car from another state from a different BMW dealer and was dealing with issues from them. When I had brought my car to Park Ave since they are local to me, they were able to help me and go the extra length to make sure I was properly taken care of. Unsatisfied with the car we received. I bought a 2022 BMW X3 on March 2025 and a crack has appeared out of no where on the windshield a couple of days ago. A mechanic said the it likely a manufacturers defect as there was no sign of impact. I called BMW to ask about this issue and the woman told me that they would cover the cost of repair if it indeed was a manufacturers defect and that we would be responsible for the cost if it was hit my an object such as a rock.
