Park Ave BMW has proudly served Rochelle Park since 1978. From our new and beautiful BMW inventory, to our expert auto repair center, we are here to service all your automotive needs. Our unique history began in Rutherford, where we enjoy almost four years of business there. Unfortunately, an explosion and fire completely destroyed the building. Thankfully, no one was hurt. We operated in a trailer for a few months until we moved to Maywood, then finally to our new location right in Rochelle Park!

Let me preface this with saying, I HATE car buying. Absolutely loathe…the time spent looking, test driving, and then the negotiation. Literal dread. Therefore I only buy a new car after at least 10 years, or I let my dad pick for me lol. Worked with Justin Schwartz, and the service was spectacular!! After visiting 2 other dealerships, I went to Park Ave BMW. The difference in attitude and professionalism was immediately evident. I saw the exact BMW that I wanted online and made an appointment to go there. Sabit introduced himself and proceeded to take us directly to the car. We went for a test drive. Worst customer service, no attention I came to see the M8 comp, and he tried to tell me to see the 840i it’s the same and I asked him about the 4 doors and he was careless about what I’m interested!! This is by far the worst and most infuriating dealership we’ve ever dealt with. Took our BMW X3 in for a simple service — reset button fix and tire replacement. and it came back with a deep, obvious scratch on the steering wheel. This was absolutely not there before. The dealership immediately denied responsibility and tried to gaslight us by claiming it was pre-existing. This is beyond unprofessional — it’s dishonest and shady.
