I've been calling this number and searching my warranty but the number does not seem to work!! Black Expedition I drove from Texas to work in Tennessee went by this shop in hopes of a tune-up and only got spark plug replacement for a very high price. While all mechanics have a story about any vehicle being a pain,it is your profession. I could have definitely received more service!
