Everything is always nice from looking in but once you are here there are so many problems. I've been here for 1 year and I hate it here. I had a water leak from the ac and water was leaking down the wall got into my TV and was told there's nothing they can do about my TV. Then water damaged the ceiling and the paint and they just left it. Then there's a huge hole I've been complaint about underneath cabinet and rats are getting in. I do not recommend this place when I do leave I will never even look over here again
Management for the past 2 months has been incompetent in informing their residents about changes, just these past 2 weeks had our cars towed both on separate occasions. And no notification from management. Wouldn’t be a problem if they actually did their job but my car ends up getting towed the week after i double checked our vehicles were registered in the system. I have been here for 3 years and it’s frustrating that there is a fitness room but can’t use it especially if you work. It is only open during office hours Monday-Friday from 9:30-5:30 kinda pointless
I would just like to take a moment to acknowledge the maintenance here. Anytime we've had any issues, Manuel the maintenance guy has always came to fix it. He always gets the job done and makes sure of it while being very respectful and cleaning up after himself if needed. We can always count on him which makes living here so much better! He is the best maintenance guy we've ever came across and we really do appreciate him!
