Don't move here. I live here too and hate it. A rodent somehow got into my second floor apartment last night. I called and was told they couldnt do anything after hours and that someone would come today. Today they tell me it's not an emergency and I have to wait and that they won't call an exterminator. My apartment is also allegedly "updated". I had blue tubs, I literally cried when I moved in.
