DO NOT RENT from this company! They have the most unprofessional staff, with absolutely NO customer Service Skills! Their maintenance men are instructed by the owner, to leave bags of trash in front of resident doors, I've had merchandise stolen out of the garage, and after filing the complaint, was never called, the elevators and Garage doors barely ever work, and to top it all, they have the most disgusting attitudes. Don't move here. I live here too and hate it. A rodent somehow got into my second floor apartment last night. I called and was told they couldnt do anything after hours and that someone would come today. Today they tell me it's not an emergency and I have to wait and that they won't call an exterminator. My apartment is also allegedly "updated". I had blue tubs, I literally cried when I moved in.
