I lived at Charleston for 9 years and it was the best apartment complex I've lived in. Bonnie is amazing at taking care of all of the residents, and makes you feel like family. The maintenance crew is super responsive and friendly and we never had any issues getting things fixed. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.
Charleston is so beautiful and I am really impressed with the office staff, specifically Bonnie. She is a really sweet property manager and makes all of the residents feel so at home! Every month they have Apartment Life events and the organizer Ashley is amazing! She connects with the residents and just serves so selflessly to help everyone have a good time and feel welcome. Everyone who lives here is so lucky to have this team!
Applied for this apartment under the impression they went based on rental history and income however after multiple people told me it was no problem and I should be approved even with a bad credit score. I was denied and robbed of 250 dollars. Before even applying I advised them of my situation and even said I was willing to lease with a co-signer. They advised I should be okay to apply alone and after I was denied I asked to apply with a co signer and was told you cannot apply again. Definitely would not recommend applying ... read more
I saw someones review said it was staged photos and what not. I guess I got a staged apartment because my apt is exactly like the photos. Bonnie and Yesenia are very friendly and attentive. The neighborhood is amazing. VERY CLEAN!!! And for there being one maintenance guy, he is on top of it all. I’m so glad I chose Charleston! I highly recommend this apartment complex. Good: attractive interiors, nice layouts, pool access (except on Mondays), attached garage, washer dryer Not as good: cockroaches, no not beetles, full sized cockroaches
