The professionalism and energy of your Assistant Manager: Mizelle Ribu was infectious!!! I was shown two 1 bdrm apartments and she sold me on them to the point I did not have any questions. She was also kind to my grandson and even included him in our discussion. I say that to say this, we were SEEN and accommodated by her! Great experience! It made me feel like she wanted me to make this my next home!!!
Upon moving into my apartment, I found a scorpion and requested pest control, but haven’t received a response. My air conditioning unit was inoperative for a day because a maintenance worker turned it off from the exterior while working on another unit. I waited until the next day for the team to fix it. I chose a first-floor apartment with a pet station because I have a disabled dog with Intervertebral Disc Disease. Yesenia Padilla did a great job at Charleston Apartments showing me several units and she was very knowledgeable about the prices and the features of each one and the differences. I highly recommend her services and they are very nice apartments.
