Overall the area is safe and I didn’t have any major issues. My maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner. It’s not a bad complex to live at and a decent location, however I think it’s worth it to just spend a little more for an updated unit with a washer, dryer, and no carpet. Absolutely love staying here. Been living here for at least a year and a half. Staff have been outstanding, respectful and patient. The pool is clean and well kept. The occasional FREE snack or drink from the lobby is one of the most thoughtful and kind perks of living here! Right next to the mall that has an arcade and a movie theater! Are you kidding me!
