I’ve lived at Park at Tuscany for nearly 2 years now and am mostly pleased with it. I’ve never had any issues with staff or maintenance. My maintenance requests always get addressed pretty quickly. The property is kept up well. They’ve even made upgrades and repairs to the roof, paint, pool, and gym since I’ve been here. Honestly, my only complaint is my neighbors. The park at Tuscany is the best apartments I have lived in. It’s time for my lease to be up and to be honest, I’m scared to go somewhere else lol. The treatment here is top tier, they make it obvious that you ARE a priority. Any issues I’ve had (which has been barely to none) get resolved VERY quickly and with no trouble. Thank you for making my stay here amazing. Keep being a great community!!!
There is something magical about this place. From the moment my sister and I came into the office it felt like home. Margot and Felicia are sincere and friendly and quick to answer the many questions I had when we first moved in. The space is dog friendly with a quaint dog park in the back. The neighbors I've met so far are wonderful. I love it!

What a night and day experience so far from living in Deep Deuce. Management is friendly, knowledgable, reasonable, and helpful. Complex is very clean and kept up nicely. Gates actually work. I mean, the bar was super low from my last IRT managed place, but Park at Tuscany really knows how to make you feel welcome!
