I strongly advise caution when considering this property. The primary issue is a complete lack of soundproofing; the walls and floors are incredibly thin, allowing noise from neighbors to travel easily through supply vents. Heavy footsteps from units above were audible day and night, seven days a week, to the point where even first-floor residents could hear disturbances from the third floor.
