My previous living situation was terrible. It’s definitely a breath of fresh air when you live in an apartment complex with a management team that cares about their residents. Their staff is responsive and efficient! I’d recommend them to anyone. Update: They’re still great!
Overall the area is safe and I didn’t have any major issues. My maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner. It’s not a bad complex to live at and a decent location, however I think it’s worth it to just spend a little more for an updated unit with a washer, dryer, and no carpet. I ultimately decided to move due to a few reasons which may just be specific to my unit/building.
