We love living here. The community is very welcoming and great for families. Tiffany and Anna have been very kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to help us with anything we need!
I have mixed feelings about Park at Towne Lake. On one hand, I really enjoyed my first year or so living here — the location is great, the layout of the units is nice, and I genuinely felt at home. On the other hand, my experience was ultimately overshadowed by unresolved moisture and mold issues in my unit. Despite maintenance visits, the problem wasn’t fully addressed, and it seriously impacted my trust in management. We’ve lived here since Sept 2024, my husband and I started experiencing health issues in June. We went to the complex in July complaining about concerns of mold, the maintenance came in and told us it was clean, dry, and free of mold, but we weren’t confident in that, so we did further testing and when we got our results with high mold spore counts, they did nothing for us. I would highly recommend looking into a different apartment complex if possible. The location is great and it’s on the cheaper side of apartments in Woodstock but I can assure you it will burn a hole in your wallet. There are constantly maintenance issues. I could not tell you the last time I woke up and had an entire day where nothing went wrong in my apartment. My AC unit obviously needs to be replaced but all maintenance and the leasing office does is put a bandaid over the problem. This apartment is on the older side so ... read more
