Great and outstanding people at this facilty promt services great communication via social media, on time and great services rendered especially Rachel and Jared these two are very nice to go to when facing a problem at the premises
Rachel Skakie helped me handle my unit transfer. She was kind, patient, and addressed any of my concerns promptly. Shoutout to the maintenance team for always doing a great job as well.
Sorry guys but I agree with the latest review. The aggressive emails and photos of our areas has to stop. People aren't feeling at home by you guys doing this and you have to remember at the end of the day you leasing office staff go home, we actually live here. I agree in keeping a clean space & I think most people are doing just that. As long as it's not blocking access to stairs or fire extinguishers and is not an excessive mess I think we can meet somewhere in the middle.
