Great Apartment Tour and Outstanding Staff Experience My daughter and I visited this apartment complex on October 4 around 12 or 1 PM. The person who showed us around was very knowledgeable, kind, and honest—answering all of our questions with positivity and professionalism. I visited the property and was impressed! Anna and Tiffany are great to work with. The outside areas were very clean and bright, and the pool and fitness center area look really fun. There's even a little golf putting area, I've lived in a lot of apartments but never seen that! The pricing was really good too especially compared to everything else in the area. I'm excited to find a place.
I have mixed feelings about Park at Towne Lake. On one hand, I really enjoyed my first year or so living here — the location is great, the layout of the units is nice, and I genuinely felt at home. On the other hand, my experience was ultimately overshadowed by unresolved moisture and mold issues in my unit. Despite maintenance visits, the problem wasn’t fully addressed, and it seriously impacted my trust in management. I have been a resident since May of this year and it has been amazing! Maintenance is always responsive and works fast. They really upkeep the complex from the amenities to the landscaping. The best apartment complex I have stayed in, no complaints!
I moved here mid-August five years ago and if I have my way, this will be my last move. Tiffany has been my go to person for anything and everything small and large. Management is so accommodating for any question at all. I have never failed to have rapid response for any issues with my apartment that may need repair or replacing and it’s been done in a timely manner. I cannot imagine living any place else.
