Beautiful well maintained apartments. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I’m a little late on the review, me and my partner lived there from summer of 2023 to March of 2025 and we had such a great experience. Their staff was always very friendly and helpful especially Ana. We didn’t really have issues with anything, we needed maintenance a couple times and even that was handled efficiently. I would definitely recommend these apartments and live here again!
My husband and I have lived here for about 4 years now and we absolutely love it here! We love all the events that are hosted for the residents. Some of our favorites were the paint and sip event, the fall event with Carmel apples, and pie tasting, and all the appreciation breakfasts and dinners. We really appreciate the front office and maintenance staff for everything they do. We have even become friends with some of our surrounding neighbors (baking banana bread helps 😂). Rachael and the maintenance team are phenomenal. My move-in went great, Racheal answered all of my questions, and is great to work with. Jared and the maintenance team are fast to respond and are very friendly. I really enjoy the onsite gym. I would def recommend this property.
Great and outstanding people at this facilty promt services great communication via social media, on time and great services rendered especially Rachel and Jared these two are very nice to go to when facing a problem at the premises
