We just moved to Wilmington, and we feel so welcome at The Park at Three Oaks. Cathy, Sadie, and the maintenance team are all very kind and helpful. My English isn’t very good, but they’ve been so patient and supportive, helping me a lot. Choosing The Park at Three Oaks was the best decision for our family. Living here feels safe, comfortable, and really warm.
Cathy and Sadie are the friendliest staff ever! Maintenance is awesome too and the staff here really goes above and beyond for their residents!
I love this apartment complex! I just renewed my lease. I have not had any major issues with the apartment, just little things here and there, and the maintenance team are always on it! The staff and neighbors are super friendly. They host events each month, bringing the community together. My dog loves walking to the office for a treat! The amenties are on the smaller side, but no issues. The grounds are well kept, and they spray for bugs often.
