Been living here for almost 6 months and I'm so thankful I chose this place! I love the location and my floorplan so much . Today I needed maintenance for the first time to work on something with my HVAC and it was so seamless and prompt! I'm very impressed overall with my community and how well maintenance keeps it up! I love it here 🫶🏼
This apartment complex has been a fantastic place to call home for the past couple of years, mostly due to the incredible helpfulness of the staff. Sadie and Cathy in the office have gone above and beyond to help us with our lease agreements more than once, are always very prompt with communication, and somehow always remember our names lol. We had a very disappointing experience living here. We raised multiple concerns about possible mold and moisture issues, including visible spots on the ceilings, but the problem was never properly addressed. Management only conducted a basic moisture test and did not take meaningful steps to fix the issue. During this time, my fiancé—who is sensitive to mold—experienced frequent headaches while in the apartment. We just moved to Wilmington, and we feel so welcome at The Park at Three Oaks. Cathy, Sadie, and the maintenance team are all very kind and helpful. My English isn’t very good, but they’ve been so patient and supportive, helping me a lot. Choosing The Park at Three Oaks was the best decision for our family. Living here feels safe, comfortable, and really warm.
