I am a new tenant and so far have had the BEST experience with every aspect of this complex. It started the moment I walked through the doors looking for a new place to call home. The staff truly cares and is willing to answer any question you have (even if you ask the same one multiple times like me). They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance always has a smile and willing to help at a drop of a hat. I’m so glad I made the decision to move here

I’m going into my second year at this complex, management is fantastic. Anytime I’ve had any issues or concerns they’ve been addressed immediately. Maintenance staff are great and super friendly. I’ve lived all over the country and never a complex as easy as this one. Pretty chill community. The only upgrade I’d ever recommend is the toilet seats 😂 but my unit has all brand new appliances, is super affordable and they just came by and updated my kitchen faucet. 👌
I lived in this place for 2 years and I must say it was a great experience. The community is super friendly, super chill, and it's small, which means everyone can get to know each other and be social. Cathy Always kind, attentive, and willing to help. And the maintenance team always resolved everything quickly. If it hadn't been for needing more 1 more room, I wouldn't have hesitated and I would stay forever haha I recommend it 100%.
