I’m going into my second year at this complex, management is fantastic. Anytime I’ve had any issues or concerns they’ve been addressed immediately. Maintenance staff are great and super friendly. I’ve lived all over the country and never a complex as easy as this one. Pretty chill community. The only upgrade I’d ever recommend is the toilet seats 😂 but my unit has all brand new appliances, is super affordable and they just came by and updated my kitchen faucet. 👌
I lived in this place for 2 years and I must say it was a great experience. The community is super friendly, super chill, and it's small, which means everyone can get to know each other and be social. Cathy Always kind, attentive, and willing to help. And the maintenance team always resolved everything quickly. If it hadn't been for needing more 1 more room, I wouldn't have hesitated and I would stay forever haha I recommend it 100%.
Been living here for almost 6 months and I'm so thankful I chose this place! I love the location and my floorplan so much . Today I needed maintenance for the first time to work on something with my HVAC and it was so seamless and prompt! I'm very impressed overall with my community and how well maintenance keeps it up! I love it here 🫶🏼
This apartment complex has been a fantastic place to call home for the past couple of years, mostly due to the incredible helpfulness of the staff. Sadie and Cathy in the office have gone above and beyond to help us with our lease agreements more than once, are always very prompt with communication, and somehow always remember our names lol. We've never experienced office staff like this anywhere else we've lived, and honestly they do such a fantastic job I just had to share this review. Thanks for a great place to call home... read more
