I love this apartment complex! I just renewed my lease. I have not had any major issues with the apartment, just little things here and there, and the maintenance team are always on it! The staff and neighbors are super friendly. They host events each month, bringing the community together. My dog loves walking to the office for a treat! We have been living at the park at three oaks for a month now and it has been great. The neighbors are friendly and the community is very clean. Sadie and Cathy were so friendly and made the move in process super easy. The tour showed us exactly what the layout of our unit would look like. We were even able to view the different upgrades on a video which made the process even better. There were no hidden fees and everything that is needed to be paid was told to us upfront. Absolutely hands down the best place I've ever rented anywhere across the country. Seriously. They stay super on top of anything brought to their attention, the office ladies and maintenance guys are friendly. The apartments are very cute and well-maintained and in two years I've never heard a neighbors noises. They always have some fun community-thing going on here that even an extremely-introverted person like myself has found interest in. It's a smaller community so it's got a very cozy vibe.
