It is almost impossible to get a staff on the phone or catch someone in the office. I see the maintenance staff about the property all the time they try to help if they can. There are a couple of problematic residents out here that make the property a little uncomfortable. The story cats are a huge problem because residents let them roam around and impregnate one another. The roaches, ants , and spiders are awful and pretty bothersome. Dont go and apply here i made an application over 2 months ago and they took over 2 months to give you an answer and they ask for a deposit before they approve you and they denied me and they wont give me the $300 deposit back . THEY NEVER MENTIONED that the deposit is non refundable if i got denied for any reason like i DIDNT EVEN MOVE IN . And now theyre rude to me and wont answer my emails or calls . So im still fighting over my 300 which now im gonna have to go in person and speak to them.
They told me they’ll have an apartment for me In early March back in February of 2024 . It’s now may. They told me they had the parts and now all of sudden they’re waiting on parts. Just save urself the time and energy and money and don’t even apply. These people have no idea what’s going on
Worse place you can live at managers are very rude and have 1 maintenance guy and doesn’t do nothing
