Worse place ever guys don't move here the office and corporate are not on the same page at all.. if there is really a owner.. 1st they tryed to keep my deposit cause guy Richard that was there lied.. now they said they fixed it and mailed out and wouod be 7-10 days still no deposit back I have paiently been waiting long time even after I keep getting different story's they want ghee rent but when comes time to get deposit back it's a huge mess sad you can't get ahold of so-called corporate or anyone that cares
I have lived here for over 8 years and for the first time I've noticed great change since New management came (Ivette and briana) . I like that maintenance request are being done a lot quicker .Things are definitely heading in the right direction.
i been in this complex since Feb and alot of the reviews i saw are old so i decided to wait it out on reviewing and building my own opinion on this place , i must say i really like living here & the new stuff has made amazing changes for the better , My kids were also able to enjoy the pool all summer i really appreciate the fact that it stayed open most of the time & clean , they also respond pretty quickly to maintenance requests , the only thing im concerned about is little kids running around unsupervised by the laundry ... read more
I’ve been here for a week now, and it’s been absolutely amazing! The move-in process was so smooth, and the manager was incredibly kind and professional, which made everything stress-free. The apartments are beautiful, the community is quiet, and it already feels like home. I highly recommend Park at Pineywoods! Thanks Ivette!
