i been in this complex since Feb and alot of the reviews i saw are old so i decided to wait it out on reviewing and building my own opinion on this place , i must say i really like living here & the new stuff has made amazing changes for the better , My kids were also able to enjoy the pool all summer i really appreciate the fact that it stayed open most of the time & clean , they also respond pretty quickly to maintenance requests , the only thing im concerned about is little kids running around unsupervised by the laundry ... read more
I’ve been here for a week now, and it’s been absolutely amazing! The move-in process was so smooth, and the manager was incredibly kind and professional, which made everything stress-free. The apartments are beautiful, the community is quiet, and it already feels like home. I highly recommend Park at Pineywoods! Thanks Ivette!

I had a problem with the water heater. And I have to admit that technician (Yeremy) did a great job. He solved my concern quickly and cleanly. Thanks for the work he did and thanks to the whole staff for attending to me so quickly
