I am a month in and Park at Mission Hills has been awesome. The staff has been very responsive and clearly is invested in my experience.
My daughter has lived at Mission Hills for almost 3 years. Throughout her time living here she has had issues with her neighbors playing music/tv so loud you can hear it threw out her entire apartment at all hours of the night along with all day. My daughter has showed me the videos that have been turned in to show proof of the incidents. There have been 20+ videos submitted to management with proof. The noise can be heard very clearly. I love my new home. They are awesome staff
The staff doesn't care about you, just about money. They do the bare minimum once they get you into a unit. Constantly spiking prices and taking advantage of the little guy.
