The staff doesn't care about you, just about money. They do the bare minimum once they get you into a unit. Constantly spiking prices and taking advantage of the little guy.
The team is wonderful, the building is great. The only issue we have had is the tremendous amount of dog poop in the dog park. Piles and piles and piles EVERYWHERE. It makes you sick to use the park.
I did a lot of research on apartments in Broken Arrow and The Park at Mission Hills had the best reviews so here I am! Matt & Madeline and the whole staff are great and always very helpful and maintenance is great as well! I feel very safe living here and cannot beat the location! Moved in last June and don’t plan leaving anytime soon or ever!
Very clean and safe place to live. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Only issue has been the gate breaking but maintenance is very good and resolves the issues quickly.
