Living conditions are hazardous to residents. Unprofessional staff and understaffed maintenance. These apartments are unacceptable, neglectful, and unkept. Please avoid at all cost.
Poor management, mold in units. Management charging early termination of lease even though they are putting tenants health on the line.

Stay away of this place. Very unprofessional & incompetent staff. They set hou up for manny things, one they my bathroom cealing colaps at 2:45 am because it was a water leaking from the roof and to get it fix it i have to contact code enforsment the 5th day, i hade to go to a family member to get shower for one week. They don't fill the a/c wirh freon enouth so you can get a height electic bill. They talk to other tenants bout you behine your back, bad bad bad move. I have been dealing with A.C issues for over a year, the machine keeps leaking freon and they wont fix the leak or replace the lines. I have to call and submit a maintenance request every week for to come and refill the freon instead of fixing it. I come home to a really hot apartment especially in the summer and by the time i get home from work is too late for them to come and fix it and i have to spend the night in a hot apartment.
