Roaches. Mgmt who is impossible to reach and will actually try to close the door in your face if you show up during open hours to complete paperwork they asked you to come complete. Roaches. Overflowing dumpsters and trash everywhere. Roaches. Sewer pipes underground frequently clogging and causing toilet water to flood your bathroom and closet.
