The amount of weed smoke that comes thru the vents in building 11 is unbearable. My sister in law has congestive heart failure and her unit I s always full of smoke. You can see it in the air. I have asthma and I cant even breathe when im.inside of her unit. I have to use my rescue inhaler to dwell inside of her unit. To me its very ghetto and distasteful and its a tally unhealthy.
Don’t move here unless you like a noisy complex. Music gets played very loud here. I did speak with the leasing office. I was told there’s basically nothing they could do about it. So no resolution what so ever. I will not be renewing my lease here.
I have video evidence of everything and will be contacting hand written notices I’d prefer to handle this directly with management, but if necessary I’ll have to seek legal adviceI’ve filed several noise complaints, but management has never taken any action to improve the comfort of their residences. There are frequent meetups with teenagers here, and they treat it like a club, but management remains indifferent.
