In my experience living here at Park at Humble, it has truly been a pleasure. I actually lived here years ago under different management and decided to come back, this time getting a 2-bedroom for my boys and me. I honestly have zero complaints. The management team has been very effective when it comes to maintenance requests, parking concerns, and even working with residents when it comes to late payments. This apartment complex could get a five point rating from me . I signed A lease contract that stated no one should be smoking in Apts not true for my neighbors. There is a horrible vaping or smoking, smell coming from my neighbors apartment almost every weekend . I am not happy!! Actually as I sit in my I sprayed odoban lit a candle and set the diffuser nothing helps. I wasting my money . I hope I can get relief soon. The amount of weed smoke that comes thru the vents in building 11 is unbearable. My sister in law has congestive heart failure and her unit I s always full of smoke. You can see it in the air. I have asthma and I cant even breathe when im.inside of her unit. I have to use my rescue inhaler to dwell inside of her unit. To me its very ghetto and distasteful and its a tally unhealthy.
Don’t move here unless you like a noisy complex. Music gets played very loud here. I did speak with the leasing office. I was told there’s basically nothing they could do about it. So no resolution what so ever. I will not be renewing my lease here.
