RecommendedKevin, the Maintenance Supervisor, is a real positive asset here. Had an electrical issue yesterday and he came promptly and solved the issue quickly and with his usual positive and friendly attitude. Don't lose him!
Since I have left my pricey luxury apartment at the Hammocks in Orchard Park and moved to a new complex I have not had to use my rescue inhaler on an almost daily basis; not had to wear a facial mask inside the apartment; not had to use eye drops for burning eyes, medicine for burning nasal passages, lozenges for irritated throat, cortisone for red irritated sore skin on my face, meds for headaches; have not had to keep windows open, run exhaust fans and air purifiers 24/7 and have not had double the normal utility bills; do... read more
What a horrible place... the management is full of wenches.. beware if you move here.. dealing with the management makes living there unlivable.. they pretend to be nice but are thee most unprofessional people ive ever come across.. kim.. pam.. there are so many nicer places in this city and thr surrounding area that cost the same and are way bigger newly renovated and doesnt have such trashy management..

There is no full time rental rep there to assist the residents and no maintenance man on staff. They don’t do what they say there going to do, and rarely fix and clean areas when needed. Description of place in brochure does not meet what’s promised.
Overpriced cubicles, claustrophobic. Lacks character. Crown molding would enhance the drywall. Exterior reminiscent of housing projects and is architecturally uninspiring.
The complex is very high end, which has positive and negative aspects. The buildings are well built and apartments are virtually sound proof. The staff is rather rude and exclusive (and not in a good way). Amenities that are promised are later revealed to have restrictions. For example, a full service business center is promoted to future residents, but after moving in, it is revealed that, in order to conserve ink, printers are only available during office hours.
