This is a very affordable and very quiet Even for kids to play I've been staying here For 3 years maintenance is on point overall very quiet
I lived in these apartments back in 2008 and lived there for 6 years. It was my first apartment and I love it. I started my family there and was able to move into my own home from there. But Phil was great owner. The land was awesome for me to take the children out to play and it was very quiet. Don't know how they are now but if Phil is still there I know it's still pleasant!!!
