I’ve lived here 15 years and now I’m at risk of losing my apartment because the portal that allows you to split pay isn’t available, and now they’re wanting everything upfront or face an eviction. I’ve had several issues with my apartment , from being flooded several times to now having to deal with a hole in my ceiling that they keep adding more calking too. And lately I’m having to deal with big roaches. At this point it’s time to move. I’ve been more than patient with this property.
I just wanted to drop you a quick line to express my sincere appreciation! Coming home this morning, it was still pretty dark out, and honestly, the area can feel a little... well, gloomy sometimes at that hour. But having that bright light on made such an incredible difference! The whole path was illuminated, and I instantly felt so much more at ease and secure walking up to the door. I’ve lived here a year now and it has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any apartment complex . Story time! So when I came in to complete my application prior to moving in there was a lady in the office who was explaining to the manager that she fell on hard times and she had fallen behind .. mind you it’s December so I understand how easy it can be to fall low on cash around the holidays… What really caught my attention is how empathetic the manager was and really comforted her and assured her it would be alright!... read more
