I’ve lived here for over 11 years. And maintenance is horrible. When they leave my unit I always have to clean behind them. They have broken and damaged my things.I’ve asked for spot paint since Covid and have yet to receive it I finally had to purchase my own. My carpet looks horrible because it hasn’t been cleaned since 2019. So I had to pay out of pocket to get it cleaned. Lived there for a total of 4 years, great customer service, reasonably priced compared to other Apartments in the area and maintenance is top notch. This is a great community, family friendly vibes. Oh and the pool is huge.
