The community is in a great location and the staff was always willing to accommodate any issues that came about. I love that they held different events for the families especially children on holidays and afterschool programs. To be income based there weren’t a lot of complaints within the 7 years I reside there.
I’ve lived here for over 11 years. And maintenance is horrible. When they leave my unit I always have to clean behind them. They have broken and damaged my things.I’ve asked for spot paint since Covid and have yet to receive it I finally had to purchase my own. My carpet looks horrible because it hasn’t been cleaned since 2019. So I had to pay out of pocket to get it cleaned. The property is a comfortable place to call home. The staff are very kind and welcoming, most especially Ms. Stephanie. Ms. Stephanie goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and you enjoy your living experience here. The management office is always on it and that is a wonderful thing.
