I have had to deal with the horrible noise from the unit upstairs since I moved in a little over a month ago. It is a horrible situation. It is not a livable environment. Since I complained about the noise the terrible people upstairs in unit 106 have been even worse. They run across the floor constantly, jump, stomp, intentionally drop large objects, bang on the floor for 4 hour at a time, and have gone into the bedroom jumped and stomped to wake me up.
