Concrete floor between 2nd and 1st lvl. Thick plaster walls between neighbor on one side and brick or Concrete firewall between bedroom and other neighbor. Have never heard a peep from those neighbors only if one's outside my door. I love this!
I've lived here 6 months and really like it. Other than traffic on countryclub it is shockingly quite here. There are a lot of veterans, of which I am one and I have not yet passed someone on the sidewalk that didn't smile big and say hello. There is new management which is very friendly and always helpful. The grounds are well kept and the property borders the biggest dog park I've seen. I got screwed!!! Lived in an apartment that flooded for almost 2 months. They got a new apartment manager that put fans in my apartment that were so loud I couldn’t sleep. When they got turned off I was charged $300 in damages!!! Don’t live here they don’t take care of their residents!!!
Not a good place to live. There are better places in Hopkinsville and for about the same price. Management is horrible and the apartments are so old, even after they remodeled. The washers and dryers on site are also horrible. Mold everywhere. Would not recommend at all, thankful we moved out a couple months ago.
