I got screwed!!! Lived in an apartment that flooded for almost 2 months. They got a new apartment manager that put fans in my apartment that were so loud I couldn’t sleep. When they got turned off I was charged $300 in damages!!! Don’t live here they don’t take care of their residents!!!
Not a good place to live. There are better places in Hopkinsville and for about the same price. Management is horrible and the apartments are so old, even after they remodeled. The washers and dryers on site are also horrible. Mold everywhere. Would not recommend at all, thankful we moved out a couple months ago.
My daughter lived there with her bf. I’m not sure why you threaten the legal team in the reviews because what my daughter told me.The truth needs to be brought up. Everything was true.
