Not a good place to live. There are better places in Hopkinsville and for about the same price. Management is horrible and the apartments are so old, even after they remodeled. The washers and dryers on site are also horrible. Mold everywhere. Would not recommend at all, thankful we moved out a couple months ago.
My daughter lived there with her bf. I’m not sure why you threaten the legal team in the reviews because what my daughter told me.The truth needs to be brought up. Everything was true. To start off, I am a current tenant that wishes to remain anonymous until my lease runs out. This statement is 100% factual and in no way libelous, rebellious, or a form of retaliation. I have no involvement in the "multiple individuals" that have sought to seek retaliation due to denial of lease breaks without penalty, as i have never mentioned a lease break.
