To start off, I am a current tenant that wishes to remain anonymous until my lease runs out. This statement is 100% factual and in no way libelous, rebellious, or a form of retaliation. I have no involvement in the "multiple individuals" that have sought to seek retaliation due to denial of lease breaks without penalty, as i have never mentioned a lease break. So I’m a current resident and really don’t care about my name being on here, but don’t expect anything to be handled, complaints are pushed to the side so the manager can hurry and get the places rented. There is no respect for the tenants that don’t want their home smelling like pot or cigs from someone else’s home, several complaints have been made and the property manager says “I will have it handled” but I have whole list of complaints for the same people that she refuses to take care of.
