RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL We only wanted to board our dog for a few days: First, they admittedly gave our dog a shot for Kennel Cough when he was current on that shot and did not need one and they insisted we need to pay for it. They were the ones that gave him the Kennel Cough shot 5 months prior. They also charged us for an exam fee of $42.00 that we were not aware of. We only wanted to board our dog for a four days.
