Absolutely professional and courteous service. Ariana , as well as ALL staff is super professional, totally caring and concerning. My experience has been absolutely amazing…my renewal is always and absolutely flawless, timely and everything as promised, the entire team is excellent! The renewal process was effective and effortless as always! I love it here and it’s a great place to live. We have definitely enjoyed calling Park At Chastain home! Again, thank you to everyone there!
Loved living here! Leasing office is amazing. * edit to the previous review. There are no benefits to living here long term. The leasing office does not care about you. Upper management cares even less. Save yourself the trouble and pick somewhere else to live.
I love living here! It’s been about a year now, and I have no complaints. The office team is responsive and personable, and the maintenance is super quick. My unit is spacious and feels well maintained. The people who live here are generally very courteous. The location is also awesome. I hope to be here for a while!
The Park at Chastain apartments has easily been the best apartment living experience I have had thus far. Our two main on site property managers are not only always pleasant, but also always looking for ways to make residents lives easier/better. The maintenance team was so dedicated to keeping the entire complex in great shape and would answer any/all requests insanely quickly. I am genuinely so thankful for the team here!
Johnnie is amazing in the leasing off. So helpful and attentive. Property is beautiful, quiet, and clean. Apartments are so spacious as well!!
