Absolutely professional and courteous service. Ariana , as well as ALL staff is super professionals, totally caring and concerning. My experience was absolutely amazing…my renewal was absolutely flawless, timely and everything as promised, the entire team is excellent! The renewal process was effective and effortless as always! I love it here and it’s a great place to live. We have definitely enjoyed calling Park At Chastain home! Again, thank you to everyone there!
Johnnie and Ariana are very friendly and professional. I am an international student and did not have an SSN when I applied, but they quickly solved this problem for me, and updated the application dynamics every day, and actively and quickly helped me solve any problems that I could not solve! I visited this property a year ago and was impressed by the amenities and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of everything. I spoke to a few residents at the dog park to get a feel for how it was living there and everyone had nothing but positive things to say. When I came back this year to submit an application I also spoke to a few residents I saw in the parking lot and again nothing but positive reviews, and I can’t say that I can’t disagree with them in only my first few days here. Great floor plans, great community and location and the entire staff is wonderful. We lived at this apartment complex for 8 years if that tells you something! In all of that time, we’ve seen staff come and go in the office and Ariana and Johnny are by far the best and they take great care of the community!
