I would give this place a negative review if I could. Lived here for 2 1/2 years. Rain caused mold to grow on my walls and for the last 5-6 months, they never did anything about it. Took them many weeks to respond to maintenance requests, and there was just so many confusions within the last few months of living there. ROCO Management took over and they were a mess.
