I would like to say it has its up's and downs living here but that is any apartment. You go too you do t know who your neighbors will be young old loud or just their my experience here has been good especially with I see a lot of complaints about maintenance on here I never really have a issue they always come and resolve my issues within a couple days of putting in a request the longest was my dryer I had to have the whole thing replaced so understandable. Absolutely horrible. One of the worst years of living I've ever experienced. Stay away from Greystar properties at all cost. Had to sue them to stop an illegal collections effort. If there was even 1 good element of my living there, I'd tell it but there wasn't. From the time they towed my car because of a broken hanging tag they gave me to maintenance not completed to 3 staff members at best ignoring emailed notices resulting in my lawsuit, it was horrific. They made my transition to Denver so stressful and so expensive.
