I would not recommend Park at Caldera I was with ac for a month cause one of there maintenance men did not know what he was doing another maintenance guy came and fix it and it was working now it will be a month again next Saturday with no AC cause the one maintenance guy they sent says if it still doing it to call the office and he will come back and fix it I am 9 months pregnant due next month cause not stand being in this apartment have alot of fans had to go buy just to keep it some what cool in here I am tired of using ... read more

Porque la atención a los clientes estables es pésima. Llevo viviendo aquí 3 años y realice una permuta de parqueo en la oficina en el mes de junio en la oficina con la trabajadora Ailin. Y resulta que en el mes de julio le asignaron mi parqueo a un vlinte que acaba de llegar. Fui a la oficina y no me resolvieron mi problema a pesar de que soy un cliente más viejo y fue un error de una empleada. no recomiendo este lugar, no hay consideración para clentes estables. Reviewed 07/30/2019 We have lived here 3 years never had as many issues as we have in the past month. Mainly all of our issues have came from front office. Our payment was lost and took forever to get back with us. Kept being told we would get a call never did. Then we had a 2 charges put on that were completely inaccurate. Don’t waste your money on these apartment, everything is outdated and not worth the price you pay monthly, also considering i called to extend my lease for 2 weeks and they told me I’d just have to pay month to month rent and to let them know what day to extend to so I call and tell them the day and they are charging me 2 months rent for an extended 2 week stay, maybe they should be more professional when speaking to their tenants and tell them what they should pay the first time
Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived at. The employees lied straight to my face about what to expect with bills and how much just moving out of my apartment would cost. The staff is always cordial but they will never back down on allying rediculous fees. They only care about money and I highly DO NOT reccomend this place. If you want to now more I will personally tell you my families encounter with these people.
Worst complex I've lived in. Took 4 phone calls over 3 weeks to get a dripping faucet fixed. My apartment was entered by staff without my knowledge and I was notified after the fact. For most of the time I lived here, they didn't have a copy of a key to my apartment and just skipped me when pest control came through. Car was broken into when I parked on the street because there wasn't enough parking in the lot. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
