⭐ Honest Review – Not Recommended ⭐ I lived at Park at Abernathy Square for a year and wanted to take some time before writing this review to reflect on my experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this complex. The price does not match the quality—the apartment was dark, moldy, and in noticeably worn-out condition. The trash situation was awful, with frequent missed pickups and raccoons making a mess. The community aspect is virtually nonexistent, which made living here feel isolating. I moved into my apartment in November, as a first time apartment dweller I was very nervous. I was met in the office by the best staff around. K’Niqua was my go to person and was very helpful during the process. Marcus always was there to help as well. In fact if I’m walking by the office to pick up my mail Marcus goes out of his way to greet me. If I’ve had an issue with my apartment they have taken care of it. K’Niqua has been nothing short of Amazing!! She has been responsive and provided me with Excellent service during my leasing process. I'm super excited to be a new tenant of this community, thanks to her patience and being so informative. 10/10 would recommend.
Living here has been an overall disappointing experience. We were in apartment 6951 F so other renters beware of this unit! Here’s a breakdown of some problems we encountered. The upstairs neighbors frequently blasted music throughout the day & late into the night, & management did nothing to address it, despite multiple complaints. We called the police & they asked them to quiet down on multiple occasions but they'd go right back to blasting their music once they were sure the cops were gone.
