Juan and Darren came for a maintenance emergency to fix a water leak. Despite all the apartments, they responded quickly and had the leak resolved quicker than I expected. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations. Great maintenance staff that is knowledgeable and punctual!

I've been residing here for close to a year now. So far I've had an overall good experience! The staff in the leasing office is professional and willing to work with you circumstantially. Also, the maintenance team is always fast to respond to requests! Recently a member of the maintenance team Juan came and fixed a minor issue I had in my apartment within 24 hours of submission. Thank you so much Juan! Big shout out to the leasing staff as well.
Been here for a few years. The maintenance is great. Specifically, Juan, the guy is young but extremely knowledgeable on his craft. Any problem that arises he takes care of expeditiously. We also just got some pickle ball courts which is awesome. Keep up the great work guys!
