I’ve lived at Park at Abernathy Square Apartments for a year now and recently moved into a larger unit within the complex. The location is fantastic — close to everything I need — and the service here is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great. Juan and Darren are quick, professional, and super nice. The office team always greet me with a smile and make sure things run smoothly. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
Park at Abernathy Square Apartments is such a peaceful and beautiful place to live. The surroundings are clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after work. Juan and Darren came for a maintenance emergency to fix a water leak. Despite all the apartments, they responded quickly and had the leak resolved quicker than I expected. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations. Great maintenance staff that is knowledgeable and punctual!
Been here for a few years. The maintenance is great. Specifically, Juan, the guy is young but extremely knowledgeable on his craft. Any problem that arises he takes care of expeditiously. We also just got some pickle ball courts which is awesome. Keep up the great work guys!
