The apartment is convenient to the central area in Sandy Springs. Within 10min drive, we can get publix, trader joe, kroger, library, park and city hall. I lived in a 2b1b and the room is spacious and price is good. The best of the community is the manager team! Everyone is nice! They are always efficient and responsive! We had a great experience with David, one of the leasing managers at Park at Abernathy Apartments. We walked in without an appointment, and he still took the time to give us a full tour of the property. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest with his recommendations, which we truly appreciated. Five stars to David and to the beautiful Park at Abernathy Apartments—my wife and I are strongly considering making this our new home.
I’ve lived at Park at Abernathy Square Apartments for a year now and recently moved into a larger unit within the complex. The location is fantastic — close to everything I need — and the service here is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great. Juan and Darren are quick, professional, and super nice. The office team always greet me with a smile and make sure things run smoothly. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
Juan and Darren came for a maintenance emergency to fix a water leak. Despite all the apartments, they responded quickly and had the leak resolved quicker than I expected. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations. Great maintenance staff that is knowledgeable and punctual!
I am extremely disappointed with this apartment and the management. From the day we moved in, there were multiple issues that clearly should have been addressed before a tenant occupied the unit. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, management has failed to take any meaningful action. Most notably, the persistent strange smell in the apartment has not been resolved, even after repeated complaints. It is frustrating that basic maintenance and tenant comfort are not a priority here.
