I’ve lived at the Park Apartments a little over 3 years. I’ve had awesome support from my landlord Donna and her team who was very helpful and was there to assist me with any issue I’ve had. Whether it was plumbing issues, or a noise complaint, she was there. Rent was great! Very affordable, I will truly miss it. Was very spacious for me and my little one as well. Definitely recommend.

I stayed here just over a year. Rent was very reasonable, grounds were well maintained, and the staff was always super nice. Very convenient location, close to a lot of businesses and activities. Deposit (which was comparatively low) was 100% refunded with interest when I moved out. Not sure how I could have had a better experience!

My one-year residency at Park Apartments provided a generally positive living experience, with some considerations to an older building. The building's age was most evident in the presence of squeaky floors. I experienced occasional noise disturbances from a downstairs neighbor who was sensitive to typical foot traffic. The building offers coin-operated laundry facilities and only stairs. Anyone moving in or planning to transport groceries and other items may find a wagon or similar beneficial. The squeaky floors are absolutely unbearable. Management demands apartment insurance before renting as the place obviously has flooded hence the squeaky floors and focus on pipes freezing. No one to shovel when it snows, just a run down place overall.
