I’ve lived here almost two years. It was ok at first, seemed reasonably priced and it’s close to a lot (bordering the Sun Ray shopping area, Woodbury, and oakdale all within a 5-10 min drive) after I moved in they changed it from utilities being included in rent to charging. Would not be an issue if they only charged what you used versus taking the avg of everyone and basing it off occupancy so if you live alone your added utilities are still 80-90 a month even if you don’t use a lot of water or keep your temp set too high (... read more
