My one-year residency at Park Apartments provided a generally positive living experience, with some considerations to an older building. The building's age was most evident in the presence of squeaky floors. I experienced occasional noise disturbances from a downstairs neighbor who was sensitive to typical foot traffic. The squeaky floors are absolutely unbearable. Management demands apartment insurance before renting as the place obviously has flooded hence the squeaky floors and focus on pipes freezing. No one to shovel when it snows, just a run down place overall.
