Very nice area close to a lot of shopping centers Also very quiet and well maintained… Tashoon and Ernesto are very friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues .
A very well maintained complex. The management is great and helpful. It's in a very good location being next to the District shopping center.
I want to take a moment and thank the staff of the Park Irvine Apts for their outstanding service whenever I needed it. Special shout-out to Tushan, Ernesto, Bryan & Roman for the support and timely response to my requests. Keep up the good work and remember it's the people that count who make your stay livable and comfortable.
The elevators here are always extremely dirty, you’d think they would keep it clean at least by how much money we are paying to live here.. but they don’t! sometimes they even have dog waste in them and they don’t get cleaned for multiple days it’s extremely disgusting. The elevators smell really bad as well. The workers that they hire to clean are not doing their job and Irvine is not enforcing cleanliness. There is also a TON of loud kids who take over the park and whole outside area every single day, they ride the e bikes... read more
