On word - Terrrible. I lived in these apartments for a year and a half. I can't say how many times I put a work order for repairs and never got anybody to fix my things. I also got my patio set destroyed with tar when they worked on the roof. My husband and I had 2 laptops stolen out of our apartment as well as my brother in-laws car getting broken into, parked outside the gate.
