Man, this place is AWFUL! They never have anyone in the office to help when you need them. The laundromats are always broken. Our wall sockets have stopped working for no reason, the air never works for more than a week at a time, its mold everywhere, part of our ceiling downstairs has fallen and they still have yet to fix it, none of the neighbors speak english and its not uncommon to open your door and find people sitting on your porch in front of your door. My family relocated here from Michigan and needed a "transition" place, while we look for a home and found this community. No, its not a brand new apartment home, but its clean, reasonably priced and the rooms are large. The staff are careful with detail and seem to be concerned with keeping things in good working condition. Kudos to this place that has made this transition a smooth one for my family.
The people are great! Everyone is very nice, they want to help you. The apartment (townhouse), are kind of old, but decent for the price one pays.
Ive had a fantastic experience at this apartment. Theyre very helpful, and customer service oriented. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs and want a nice, clean and safe home environment for their tenants. 5 STARS!
