This veterinarian clinic is owned by Vetcor, a large venture capitalist firm. They mislead you with newsletters, encouraging you to “shop local” at their facility. I took my animals there when they were locally owned and was unaware that they had been bought out until I started questioning the size of my bills and required repeat visits a for minor ear infection. You can easily google a list of locally owned veterinarian facilities, and I will never be taking my pet to this location again.
Luckily I have only needed to visit once in last year for our annual exam. The team were friendly, welcoming and caring. I felt it was a personalized experience and my dog was treated with sensitivity and I was given all the pertinent info and was asked great questions as well as being listened to and getting the answers to my questions. I am very happy with my choice of vet care.
Everyone was very helpful and kind, compassionate toward our dog and me, and explained everything very clearly. Updated: Our precious dog became terminally ill and this veterinary practice treated us like family. They were thoughtful and caring every step of the way. We are sooo grateful!
They have been our vet for both our dogs. They do a great job both in terms of care and convenience. It’s easy to schedule appoints, pick up medications, and ask questions, if needed. Highly recommend!
Dr Chris and Dr Dan have taken great care of my dog Pip for years and the whole staff treats us so well! He had to get treated for heartworm after adoption which was intense but they did a great job with his care. Now he has to see a specialist for his liver condition and they also do a great job coordinating with them.
