Update: Things have gotten better here. Any service requests I have submitted have been addressed promptly. BUT for the last 6 weeks there has been a alarm going off every single day, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have reported this twice and told "it is a corporate thing to authorize shutting it off". Really? How much longer must this go on? My bedroom window is directly across and when it is quiet you can hear through the window. Don’t move here. It is not safe, reliable, clean, or worth your money. If you want a wildly unhelpful management to not replace your broken A/C in the heat of summer (yes it was over 90 degrees in the apartment) for OVER A WEEK despite constant complaints and maintenance requests, then move here. If you want trash scattered all over the complex despite paying for valet trash on the lease, then move here. If you want to be overcharged monthly for a ten month lease even though you signed a twelve month lease, then move here. I... read more
I did not originally intend to post this review, but I was asked to do so. I will be as detailed as possible because that is what I do.. I have lived here for about 3 months now. I grew up in NYC, both in the Projects in the Bronx, and owned my own home in upstate NY. I moved here for a job and retirement soon. They won’t pick up trash, but charge you for trash pickup. Maintenence won’t help you and will say that they did. They will keep your security deposit even if everything is perfect and then charge you more for bogus, nonexistent damages.
