They won’t pick up trash, but charge you for trash pickup. Maintenence won’t help you and will say that they did. They will keep your security deposit even if everything is perfect and then charge you more for bogus, nonexistent damages.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please, for the sake of your sanity & mental health, DO NOT lease an apartment from this complex!!!!! 1: They will force you to pay for valet trash, pest control, and other useless charges that will balloon your monthly rent. The valet trash never came and picked up our trash even though we would follow the requirements to a T. Our trash would just stay untouched while it attracted squirrels and other pests. The pest control people would also never come even after calling the offic... read more
