Do not move here. Maintenance will make your life a living hell. They do not care about genuinely serious concerns such as mold, pests, etc. In fact, they will do everything in their power to blame you for it and avoid any responsibility for their poor ability to do their job. Do not expect them to treat you with any respect. These are people who do not want to do their jobs. A ditch would be a better place for you health-wise than living here. A tree is more capable of empathy than what I experienced from maintenance.
Has little issue leaving you without hot water for two weeks, and no A/C for two months.
