Very old appliances, some of the burners in my oven randomly stopped working, there is a consistent mold problem in the bathroom that I have to clean up every other week because the ventilation system in my bathroom is so poor and if you try to use the “amenities” they offer they’ll come up with excuses to try and kick you
Parking is TERRIBLE. The apartments are not bad. Not invasive at all. Not really attentive either but hey you take the good w the bad.
They never come to pick up the trash, There’s roaches everywhere, Bad service, and the most important to who have animals and love pets like children They have DISCRIMINATION ABOUT BREEDS. They say “breeds restrictions “ Restrictions for what? Because they are big dogs?.. DISCRIMINATION

I been here on month now. I have a two bedroom apartment. The space isn’t bad. The biggest problem here is the fees. Ain’t no way a two bedroom should have a 90 dollar gas bill and two sewage bills and two water bills and two electric bills, plus all the other crazy fees they make you pay like pest control and trash pickup.
