This is a terrible apartment complex I lived there for 3 years and had multiple things wrong with my unit for years and never got anything fixed went with out AC multiple times with my children and there were no “maintenance men” that had HVAC experience so my unit had to wait for days with out AC. The girls in the front office Andrea and soli never knew anything about the property or anything about maintenance request. Have not moved in yet but everyone in the office has been nice throughout the process, albeit with some miscommunications along the way. I will update my review after I move in and am settled. Soli is especially really nice! Update 01/2026: Great at first, but they will eventually treat you like a pest.

Exterior and amenities are a B and interiors are a D-. But that’s not why I’m rating, I’m rating bc management has not backfilled THREE rooms in my sons quad, and billed back the full unit utility to the only occupant. To paint a better picture; $1,000 in two months. They said there must be a leak, we checked for a leak, and best we could come up with was an intermittent faint sound from an old gross toilet.
