I read some of the reviews and can say that living here is very subjective. We haven’t had any issue with water in my building. Nor have we had pets or noisy neighbors. Not to discredit others experiences…. However, we do have a neighbor who litters our building with smoke & cigarettes butts. It’s very frustrating. Also, the dumpster at the front of the property has been overflowing more recently. Just last week, there was a mt. Everest of trash for days. I have lived here for almost a year now and the worst part of it is the location (Lots of traffic and not a single convenient place except grocery stores) As for the apartment, it is quite dark unless you're sitting directly in the sunroom. The pool here is amazing, and maintenance is typically very quick. It is a safe complex. Trash does pile up at the dumpster occasionally. Overall, great experience with the actual apartment and leasing but in my opinion it is overpriced for this location.
