I recently moved into Cortland Park 83 in mid-2024, and I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional staff and maintenance team; from the courteous office staff led by operation manager Ms. Emily, especially Ms. Emily who always greets you with a smile and helps immediately, to the efficient maintenance crews Jean, Jorge and Mario led by Fredis who resolve issues in a flash, this apartment complex truly stands out as a safe and wonderful place to live.
My A/C stopped working overnight and my apartment was super hot and uncomfortable. Jairo fixed the issue with my A/C capacitor immediately after I sent the service request. He was kind and efficient. He also changed the air filter and gave me tips on how often to change it in the future. Thank you so much Jairo!
