I have been a Park 83 resident since 2015. The change in management has been often and service awful. The fact that I submit service requests and they are closed before corrected has happened more often then I can say. My 16 year old who’s a new driver has not been able to use her gate card for the past month and their answer is always the same “we submitted a service request” funny how it’s been a month and yet hasn’t been resolved but yet my teen new driver can’t get thru the gate without calling my phone because the manag... read more

Overall, a good place to live. Excellent maintenance team, especially Aaron. He is always there within 24 hours and has never failed to have a solution. On top of that, he’s an extremely nice gentleman and goes out of his way to say Hi when he sees you!
We moved to Park 83 in January of 2018 and still live here. As a community we've had our fun times and sad times. The folks who live here with us as neighbors are kind, considerate and loving people. The folks who work in the office do their very best to take care of our concerns, the property and our apartment.
