Our first year here was wonderful. It truly felt like we found a little secret hideaway that was everything we needed/wanted. Our second year here, though, leaves quite a lot to be desired... The front office workers are great, but some of the (perhaps more recent) residents of this complex are certainly not. Despite speed limit signs, you'll see people speeding through the complex. Very disappointed in the application process. Was very stressful and long.. Semphonie was my leasing consultant. Ask me for a numerous amount of paperwork which has been provided. To then deny me. Don’t waste your time as this application is very expensive & it seems they are not aiming for approvals. Feels like I’m treated as if I’m a felon. I hope you all can do better for the next applicant.

The property looks great and appears super well kept. The manager Emily Santana has been such a great help as well, she’s super personable and made me feel like she genuinely cared about me moving in.
