I lived here 22yrs ago. It was called Robins Landing back then. Listened to the ghetto birds every night... haha. Residents forced out of Grady Homes moved in next door and we would hangout. No drama worth mentioning. I completed my senior year at GSU living in here. I remember it got flooded with people on Glenwood Day and 5 people got shot at Shoal Creek Park. I remember there was a blizzard. Folks couldn't drive out. We would walk up to Glenwood and hit the chinese food spot by Line St. Good times. Old Atlanta!
I’m very pleased so far with the professionalism and communication from the leasing office. Especially Kylee, she is so helpful. I toured my apartment and really like it. Hoping all goes well here. So far, good! Nice and quiet!!
The complex gas been great, new management has been great theu always show up whenever I have a maintnenace request. Everybody fro. The leasing office is very helpful and nice. Ashley specifically is always so helpful and understandin.
Ashely was friendly and very helpful when we came for a tour. She explained every single requirement and answered all our questions. It’s a quiet environment and I love the gym. However, we didn’t get the apartment we applied for so had to move into a new apartment even though we didn’t like it. We had no choice at that point as we needed to move out of our current place. I am so disappointed
