I've lived in the apartment complex for almost three years now. After they changed management, I've noticed a major difference in how the tenants are handled. The new management has done a good job. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner unlike before. Management is attentive and they have raffles or food giveaways monthly.
UPDATE!!! Just wanted to let you know that we’ve had a few changes in management over the last couple of years. Right now, we’re under Balfour’s care, and they’ve been the most productive team. The staff is fantastic—they’re much more welcoming and supportive. They’ve also organized more events for residents and made the amenities accessible after hours. they do social activities and today they gave us free tacos !!
I love my complex at East Lake Garden they take care of our residence. They help us with everything everybody work here is so generous I love it here. I’ve been here since 2012 and I don’t plan to leave.
