Not quiet! Your neighbors steps sound like they are intentionally stomping and shaking your ceiling. I heard every concert from the 4-h fair. You can hear games from the high school Overpriced and prices go up yearly/also depending on the season of your renewal. Just got charged a random $9.95 “Rent Plus” fee and I was charged $73 more than what the statement for the month shows ($1,444 for a 1br, no garage. Very shady people from the property management to the maintenance guy. Will be very friendly at first, but quickly switch up. They like to lie to you also, definitely not professional I would NOT recommend this complex
