Park 33 is absolutely amazing, it’s clean and just amazing overall. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I’m loving it. Although I heard that if you live on the sides it cost more in the winter? And I really hope that’s not true I just really wanted more windows, plus my bank account won’t be able to take it anymore!
Not worth the money. Lacking proper maintenance. Trash left piled up at the dumpster. Expensive service charges to pay your rent.
I'm in my 4th lease with Park 33. Hunter is excellent in the office. Shes professional and helpful and honest and friendly. Rick is an excellent mantenance manager. My apt. is top form. Rick responds quickly to any question or need. Not that Ive had many over the years. Ive been here through many changes but this is still a great community and Im happy to live here. Not everyone may appreciate reviews, but I don't give mine lightly. This is a great place to call home.
If you are considering moving into Park 33, I strongly urge you to read this first. I have lived here for four years, and I can confidently say this is not a place you want to live. When I first moved into a first floor unit, the noise from above was absolutely unbearable. I had to move out after just one month because the insulation is completely inadequate.
