I have been living here for 5 months now and it’s been amazing. I toured with Isabelle and she was super helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions and showed me multiple different floor plans. The community is beautiful and quiet. Maintenance has been quick at resolving any issues I’ve had. Highly recommend this community if you’re looking for a safe and beautiful home.
The way the neighbors floors shake when they are just walking, is enough to drive you mad! You can hear people from any side you share a side with. They built cheap and are upcharging like crazy. Wish I was able to choose shorter lease options at the time of renewal, like I had available when I moved in. There have also been like 3 property management companies. Don’t consider this place, maybe being upstairs is better, but I doubt it!
Has been a problem close to a year now. For the price people pay this should not be a problem. There's places that take better care of you for cheaper guys.
Not quiet! Your neighbors steps sound like they are intentionally stomping and shaking your ceiling. I heard every concert from the 4-h fair. You can hear games from the high school Overpriced and prices go up yearly/also depending on the season of your renewal. Just got charged a random $9.95 “Rent Plus” fee and I was charged $73 more than what the statement for the month shows ($1,444 for a 1br, no garage.
