abuse of power....... they sent a note to my apartment charging me a $100 fine for throwing garbage next to the garbage container... a container that had been reported as being in poor condition and they placed another garbage container in its place... but my question is if the new container is overflowing with garbage and the other one is not capable of notifying by email that it is already in good working order... where do they expect me to throw the garbage, for obvious reasons I left it next to the container. and when I ... read more
