Costly units, NO bathrooms! Choose these units for the area many years. Many management change overs, Never had a problem till This new management. A minor 1st time incendent with office personnel, end of the world, panick attack call, needs some serious customer service skills training. What was a legitimate issue was handled is such a Rude manner I would not recommend this treatment to anyone. Judgemental and prejudice treatment, doubt its a Job requirement and im sure her pay is Not that great so it must be a power trip. ... read more
