I’ve lived here 3 years and have enjoyed my experience. Neighbors are great and really feel like a community. Special shout out to maintenance, who are kind, helpful, fix my stuff, and keep the street and private backyard clean and maintained for humans and dogs alike!
I’ve been in Park19 9 months and I am very happy to be here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Service and repair requests are handled very quickly and professionally. The location is great. It’s a short walk to Fred Meyer and Trader Joe’s and a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. My apartment is very nice. When I moved into Park 19 almost 10 years ago I thought it would be short term. Here I still am happy I stayed! Great location, great maintenance team, great management! And a great view!
Came in for a tour with Taz, amazing experience, she showed me multiple layouts and about the nearby area bc I’m new. Also the apartments look very clean and neat, the lobby and office space smelled so nice throughout the tour, overall a great experience thanks again!
I moved into Park 19 two weeks ago. What got me interested was the team, the clean community, and the walkability to anything & everything I could want to do. What’s going to keep me here is how clean the property is (I have a first floor home and the property is always clean!) and how friendly and responsive the team is here. 10/10 here at Park!
