I moved into Park 19 two weeks ago. What got me interested was the team, the clean community, and the walkability to anything & everything I could want to do. What’s going to keep me here is how clean the property is (I have a first floor home and the property is always clean!) and how friendly and responsive the team is here. 10/10 here at Park!
Warning: great neighbors, horrible management, unsafe building. My “secure” storage was broken into twice. Three smashed car windows in the “secure” parking garage that I know of. One of my neighbors leaves his windows down in his car he’s been broken into so many times. They are leaving me without central air in the summer for at least ten weeks. Took them 5 weeks just to get a second quote for a repair. Management promised me they wouldn’t leave me stranded waiting for parts and would replace if they needed to. They also p... read more
The manager Emily is simply amazing! Seamless move in! Beautiful apartment amazing view love the location! Highly recommend this building!
I have been living in the building for a little over 3 years now and love it! The residents are all very friendly and leasing manager Addison is so genuine and always goes above and beyond with helping resolve any issues or answer questions that I have. Also, the seasonal murals that she creates are such a beautiful addition to the lobby and I look forward to when a new one appears! The location is great and within walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.
Take it from me, someone who has lived in 4 places in Portland over the last 3 years, this building is great! Friendly neighbors who generally stay for long term and look out for each other, very well maintained, great management, and pet friendly. These things and more make for a warm and stable community, in contrast to many other rentals in the area, where units tend to be transient and poorly maintained with off-site management who doesn’t care (at least in my experience).
