New Managament !!!! Full security deposit refund. I just moved out a month or so ago. I had heard horror stories about problems with move out. However, I had a very positive experience. I spent the entire day before my move out cleaning and preparing to leave and was pleasantly surprised when I received my entire security deposit back. The letter of response informing me of the amount paid to me was quick and positive. The new management changes the entire complex for the better!! I was very pleased.
Management sucks (-ves) * Coupons are always nullified, no matter what * Deposits are never returned * Bugs ridden * Managment is the worst of all * Pools are not cleaned often * Gym has been abandoned since 4-5 years * 3-6 apartments are mugged every year (+ves) * Townhouses * Rent is not prohibitive * Maintenance folks are prompt

Park 16th apartment Park 16th apartment has nice environment and nice rooms. I lived there for half an year. They have flat and townhouse. It has frequent bus route 8,13 and 16 nearby. It's walking distance to campus. So it is very inviting when I don't have a car. But when I got one, I found a new apartment which is far away but really nice and cheap. PROS: close to school CONS:

do not move here please! I had so many issues living in this apartment complex that I moved out two months early despite the fact that I still had to pay the rent. The management was extremely rude, and they always tried to blame tenants for issues with their apartments. For instance, there were major issues with their AC unit but somehow the age of the AC unit wasn't to blame, it was me. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
