I felt it was time to learn what all these twitter, facebook, linkedin words meant, and how to use them. My friend recommended Adept. Arin was wonderful. Very attentive and thoughtful. And even more important, was able to teach me some "social networking" lingo :).

They were great! My computer CD thingy just stopped working. I was working on a important presentation and I really needed it. I called adept computing solutions and Arin came right over. After looking at it, he said I needed a new "CD Drive". He didn't have one with him but came back a few hours later with a new one, and replaced the part! He was very quick and good with setting expectation and pricing. I was very pleased and I will defeinetly use them for computer support again!

My wife was having a bunch of computer problems (mouse would sometimes work and sometimes not; programs were just shutting down; computer was running really really slow). I called a few computer support people in NYC but ended up using Adept Computing Solutions. Arin was fantastic. He was articulate, well dressed, and didn't charge much to fix our problem. I hope we don't have another computer problem, but if we do, I know who we'll call.
