Quality of service is average at best & customer service is even worse. I came once for a pedicure & it was average/okay, so I decided to come back for SNS with tips. One nail broke off after 3 days & when I came back to have it repaired the receptionist was rude. She told me it would be an hour before anyone was available to fix one nail. I told her it was hard to believe that not a single person would be able to spare 5 minutes within the next hour & she said if it was inconvenient for me I could come back the next day. Nan and Amber are always awesome. I’ve been coming here for years and they deserve the five star review. Everyone there is kind and helpful and I always look forward to going there.
Horrible! Tech rushed through polish that ended up bumpy and raggedy edges, had to redo and just painted over the defects till they looked worse. She blamed the polish but if it was too thick to begin with why waste the time?! Had to remove it and leave bare and ragged to get on a plane for a wedding. Horrible!
I’ve been seeing Kelly and team monthly for the last 2 years and couldn’t be happier that I found them. Excellent service and perfect nails every single time!! Kelly’s very timely and also manages to fit me in last minute with my busy, unpredictable travel schedule. The place has a great ambiance (nice lighting, very clean, etc).
