My son has been training at Parisi for a few months and attends both speed and strength classes. He's getting ready for track and has seen a lot of improvement in his speed and form. When the season gets going he plans to continue training to supplement his team practices. He is 100% motivated to attend the classes and gets a good mix of fun and hard work. We are very happy we decided to give it a try.

My oldest daughter has been doing training sessions at Parisi Speed School for 3 years now with Coach Michael, and has show major improvement in all aspects of athleticism. She enjoyed it so much, my younger daughter wanted to start training as well. She started around 5 months ago and has also shown significant improvement. They both talk very highly of both Coach Michael and Coach Ashley, and they can not wait to continue with their trainings with Parisi Speed School.
