I spoke to a leasing agent named Mandy on Monday about the property at 1411 s 9th and she pulled my application and that evening told me it was approved, also made it very clear that I was moving from Dallas so she stated I needed to view the property, which my mother did after Mandy gave me the lock box code. The best property management in town. Our portfolio got to big to fast and the gang over at PL stepped in and took over with ease. The communication with owners is great, I can be hands off or hands on and it’s not a problem. The most important thing is experience, they have been and still are in the trenches “doing rentals” not just a pretty website and cool logo they walk the walk and talk the talk. If you are looking to obtain or change management PL should Defiantly be one of the companies you interview.
