I felt like I didn't arrive early enough for the amount of paperwork. I'm not sure because there wasn't a lot of time on the first session that maybe I didn't understand something the counselor said. She was trying to get to know why I needed therapy but it came out to me like " you don't seem that bad of trauma" that just floored me and I didn't want to go back.
