Such a great little local place. Great vibe. Love their products! I really enjoy trying a variety of brews in their flights. The food trucks are a nice addition to the hangout. We like to sit and chill and the picnic tables outside. And the tour of the brewery is very interesting as well.
We were fortunate enough to meet their Cellerman, Jordan. He was such a great guy with great recommendations for the best food places to eat at, and for TX people who love the typical Cajun dishes, this is much needed.

Got to Lafayette and I wanted to go somewhere to try some local brews. I found Parish Brewing Company, and it was truly a great time! They have a phenomenal beer selection, and their Rêve Coffee Stout is hands down the BEST coffee stout I have ever had! The whole vibe of the brewery was upbeat and unique, and the bartender was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. If I lived here this would be my regular go to! If you live in or near Lafayette, do yourself a favor and check out Parish Brewing Company!!
Love the Reve coffee stout, the Precador is pretty good. Ghost is one of my favorite. First time here. enjoyed.
