I don’t recommend they use discriminatory practices. They lie about submitting claims just to red line people and it is truly unfair. I will be taking this to the board of Dermatology.
Went in for a scalp blue light treatment. The nurse put on the medication and I had to sit and wait 2 hours before the blue light. The chairs they provide in the room are typical chairs you would sit in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes. NOT for sitting 2 hours in. Brought up the issue after sitting for 25 minutes (back was hurting) but the place does not really care too much about patient comfort. I'll look in to another derm practice.
