Where Do I Start? Dr. Parisa Refaat and the Entire Team Are Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!! I was recommended by two other people and I’m so glad I did!!! Their Knowledge, Expertise, Kindness and Professionalism exceeds anyones Expectation . I had a leg injury and they got me back to 100%!!!!!! Great place. All of the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a place for physical therapy.
Unfortunately, my experience with Broadway/Belmont’s physical therapy has been very poor. Not only is there no progress on the pain centers, but the therapists seemed to blame it on gravity over time. The two therapist who help you turn out to not be PT but rather an aide and an Unidentified title for the other. I requested the names and titles of the three people I usually see but they refused.huh? I know my MDs name, nurses, med techs, etc, why not a PT office? Is it a front? Great place for physical therapy. The space has a really nice atmosphere. It's clean and bright and has everything you need for PT. Good customer service at the front desk and great help from the PT Assistants. And most importantly both of the Physical Therapists, Dr. Refaat and Dr. Lever, are really wonderful. This practice provides excellent patient care and professionalism . Dr. Paris Refaat is hands-on and demonstrates genuine care and compassion. The PT aids are fantastic and professional with friendly smiles and dedicated to the patient care for each and every person they treat. The facility is immaculate and provides a soothing environment.
